Do you need to inform the Office of the Sheriff that you are excluded, ineligible or exempt from the jury roll or are you applying to be excused from jury service?
If so, visit the Juror Portal and submit an application to be excused. Alternatively, fill in the relevant details on the back of the Notice of Inclusion or Jury Summons that you were sent by the Office of the Sheriff.
Include any supporting documents with your application.
